Foaming agent AC is widely used in the foaming processing of polymers and is also suitable for foaming plastics such as polyethylene, polystyrene, and ABS resin. Using this foaming agent can result in a uniform and fine cell structure, with products offering superior properties such as comfortable feel, excellent resilience, and a strong leather-like texture. It can be used to manufacture tool handles, furniture, automotive parts, closed-cell leather, flooring, seals, and shoe soles.

Usage

1. Under normal conditions, an appropriate amount of activator (such as zinc oxide, stearates, carbonates, and phosphates) should be added based on the product's performance to adjust the decomposition temperature. The amount of activator should be determined through testing, depending on the type of activator, the quality of AC, and the product's performance. 2. The amount of AC foaming agent also depends on the product's performance, generally ranging from 0.1 to 30 parts. For example, light polymers require about 5 parts, pressed foam sponges and soft/hard sponges about 15-25 parts, while polyethylene metal wires require about 0.1 part.

Storage and Transportation: Store in a ventilated, cool, and dry place. Packaging: Plastic composite bags, 25 kg per bag.

For processing sponge rubber products, the amount generally ranges from 1 to 20 parts, depending on the product's performance. The vulcanization conditions for molded products are determined through small-scale compatibility tests to select the formulation.

Pilot and batch testing must be conducted. The final adjusted formulation ensures the rubber is fully vulcanized, typically requiring a period of time after shaping before use.
